What happens to my current phone number?

Your home number will remain the same, unless you specifically request otherwise. In fact, you can even keep your cell phone number, provided that the number is within our service area. 

Can I change my phone number after I order Jivetel?

Yes. Simply contact customer service at 1-800-270-3711.
Can I get extra phone numbers for my Jivetel Account?
Certainly. There are two ways to order additional numbers within our calling area:
  • If you want to make outbound calls on additional numbers or lines at the same time, you must order and pay for additional outbound lines.
  • Order a remote number (see below).
Can I get a remote number?
Absolutely! A remote number (or virtual number) is an inexpensive way to add a 'second' phone number in the area code of your choice. When someone dials your remote number, his/her call can be routed to your Revos Phone. Remote numbers are available to all customers in Jivetel's coverage area for a nominal fee. Think of the possibilities! For example, if you own a small business, you can purchase multiple remote numbers with area codes from Los Angeles, New York, and Washington D.C., and your clients will think you own a nationwide company! Or, if you're a mother in Florida who's missing her three kids going to college in Chicago, just get a virtual number with a Chicago area code, and your family can stay in touch for the price of a local phone call!
Can I get my Jivetel number listed in the directory?
Yes, if you request it. Your number will be listed just like a normal telephone number.
Does the Jivetel service support 800 and other toll-free numbers?
Yes.
Can I dial a 900 number from the Jivetel service?

No. Jivetel blocks access to most pay-per-call services, such as 900, 976, 550, 540, etc. 

How do I pay for my service?

Once you enroll in Jivetel service, our convenient monthly auto-billing system eliminates the need for you to renew your service every month! You will receive a bill via E-mail on the first of each month, The credit or debit card you provide us during the sign-up process will be charged on the 7th of each month.  
 
Can I view my bill online?

Yes! You can view your bill online at http://myaccount.jivetel.com/
