Blacklist

Block calls from phone numbers you specify. Blacklisted callers will receive an automated message informing them their number has been blocked. Your phone will not ring when they call. |

Call Forwarding Always
|
|
Automatically forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number. Call Forwarding Always allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number, such as your home office or cell phone. You can also make your office phone emit a short ring burst to inform you if you are next to your phone when the call is forwarded by using the Ring Reminder. This is important when you have forgotten the service is turned on and you are at your desk waiting to receive calls. Note that the number you forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing calling plan. You can also set the phone number to forward to using the voice portal or on the phone using the feature access code. |

Virtual International Local Dialing

For example lets say you are from the UK or lets say you wish to take Jivetel service and adapter with you to the UK. Since the service will always think you are in the united states you will find yourself having to dial the 011 + Country code every time you want to make a call. We understand how frustrating this can be which is why we have create Virtual Intl. Local Dialing. The service is free to all customers of all plans and can be activated in the "My Features" section of your Account Management Interface. |
